Job Summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will act as the operational backbone of Right Gold, translating strategic goals into efficient and actionable systems. The role requires a dynamic leader capable of optimising processes, managing daily operations across departments, and ensuring the company runs smoothly while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership:
  • Oversee daily operations across all functions including sales, production, supply chain, and administration.
  • Ensure smooth execution of company policies, processes, and standards.
  • Process Optimization & Systems Design:
  • Design, implement, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop SOPs for each department ensuring consistency and accountability.
  • Strategic Execution:
  • Translate high-level strategic plans into actionable operational goals.
  • Monitor KPIs, track progress, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Team Management & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate departmental heads and operational teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Vendor & Inventory Management:
  • Oversee supply chain, inventory management, and vendor relations.
  • Ensure timely procurement and smooth production planning.
  • Financial & Performance Oversight:
  • Collaborate with finance team to manage budgets, cost control, and operational expenditure.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in operational leadership, preferably in retail or jewellery sector.
