About the Role

As the Chief of Staff - Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and supporting the leadership team to achieve business objectives. This role demands strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on Power BI dashboarding for data‑driven decision making. You will act as a key partner to senior management, ensuring smooth execution of strategic projects and fostering effective communication across functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage advanced Power BI dashboards to monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Lead strategic initiatives and manage cross‑functional projects from conception to delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between senior leaders and various stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment.
• Drive effective stakeholder management by building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally.
• Assist in the development and execution of company‑wide strategy and operational plans.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for top management.
• Ensure strong communication flow and collaboration across departments.
