As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Expectations

This is not merely a marketing role its a leadership mandate to build Indias most trusted entrepreneurship movement through compelling storytelling, digital innovation, and cultural transformation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Leadership: Building a Movement
- Define and execute the long-term brand vision to position Bada Business as the definitive thought leader in entrepreneurship education.
- Lead brand architecture, identity, and voice across all channels digital, offline, and experiential.
- Create high-impact campaigns that connect emotionally with Indias entrepreneurial spirit and reinforce trust, credibility, and empowerment.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with influencers, PR agencies, and media networks to amplify brand visibility and narrative impact.
- Oversee reputation management, media relations, and community storytelling that humanize the brand.
2. Storytelling, Content & Thought Leadership
- Build and scale content IPs such as business shows, web series, podcasts, and knowledge capsules that engage and educate Indias SME and startup ecosystem.
- Lead video production from concept to delivery ensuring every piece of content reflects brand excellence and authenticity.
- Champion digital storytelling that inspires action through YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Establish case study-driven content showcasing entrepreneurial success stories enabled by Bada Business.
- Launch and host thought leadership initiatives like CEO roundtables, expert panels, and entrepreneurship podcasts that position Bada Business as the go-to voice in business growth education.
3. Growth & Digital Ecosystem
- Architect a data-driven digital growth strategy that multiplies audience reach, engagement, and conversion across all platforms.
- Drive organic growth through trend-led storytelling, influencer collaborations, and content personalization.
- Integrate marketing automation and analytics tools to optimize spend, acquisition, and retention.
- Align all campaigns with ROI benchmarks, ensuring measurable outcomes in reach, leads, enrollments, and brand recall.

4. Leadership, Culture & Creativity

- Collaborate directly with Dr. Vivek Bindra and the leadership team to translate vision into measurable brand action.
- Build a future-ready marketing ecosystem that thrives on agility, innovation, and continuous learning.
Desired Profile
- Proven track record as CMO, VP-Marketing, or Head of Marketing in a digital-first, media, or EdTech organization.
- Expertise in video production, digital storytelling, and social media scale-up from scratch.
- Deep understanding of entrepreneurial, SME, and business education audiences.
- Strategic visionary with creative depth and data fluency.
- Exceptional communicator and culture builder with demonstrated leadership impact.
Education
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business Strategy from a reputed institution.
- Additional certifications in Branding, Digital Marketing, or Growth Strategy are preferred.
