Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Chief Manager to partner closely with the CEO, driving critical projects and business initiatives while supporting effective communication across the organization. This role demands a sharp business acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high‑quality insights and presentations for leadership decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO in decision‑making, business planning, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Drive and oversee important cross‑functional projects ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Prepare compelling business presentations, reports, and updates for leadership and board meetings.
  • Represent the CEO’s office in liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders on critical matters.
  • Monitor and track organisational performance against strategic goals, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Facilitate effective communication flow between the CEO’s office and various business units.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • 7 to 12 years of professional experience, preferably in a strategic business partnering or office of CEO role.
