Responsibilities

• Achieve overall Gross Written Premium (Cat A).
• Guide the CAT A team to bring almost all RFQs in the market.
• Convert RFQs.
• Assist the team in working with brokers and underwriters to increase top line.
• Guide the CAT B&C team.
• Maintain bottom line.

Job description

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Achieve overall Gross Written Premium (Cat A)
• Guide the CAT A team to bring almost all RFQs in the market to Tata AIG GICL
• Convert RFQs
• Assist the team in working with brokers and underwriters to increase top line

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities – Cat B & C

• Guide the CAT B&C team to bring almost all RFQs in the market to Tata AIG GICL
• Convert RFQs
• Assist the team with brokers and underwriters to increase top line
• Maintain bottom line
• Filter accounts based on LR experience

Maintaining Hygiene

• Ensure timely booking of sourced business to provide policy/endorsements quickly
• Track process steps such as CRS creation, CD creation, cheque bounce, reconciliation, sourcing booking requirements, approvals, follow up with UW and operations team, coordination with taxation team, etc. Target: 95% cases inward within 15 days

Experience

• 10-12 years in insurance/financial sector

At least 3-4 years of experience leading a company/business line in broking
