Job summary

Loalith Manpower Services in India is seeking a branch sales leader to drive business through the APC Channel and to recruit, train, and develop Agency Partners and frontline sales teams. The role focuses on achieving targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring profitable operations.

You will lead and monitor team performance, conduct field visits, and ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal policies while expanding the branch network.

• Experience in agency/channel sales and recruiting sales partners.
