  • Establish competency frameworks and leadership development programs.
  • Manage total rewards, performance management, and policy frameworks.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence across geographies.
  • Lead HR digitization initiatives and HRIS improvements.
  • Utilize data analytics for productivity, attrition, and workforce insights.
