Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in developing and implementing the financial strategy of the company. The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the business, drive financial planning, manage risk, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, ideally within the beverage manufacturing industry.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and corporate policies.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring all findings are addressed promptly.
- Monitor and manage the companys cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.
- Optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic investments.
- Serve as a key point of contact for financial stakeholders, including investors, board members, and auditors.
- Communicate financial performance, strategies, and risks effectively to stakeholders.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and executive team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee taxation /GST compliances.
- Manage company-wide financial compliance efforts.
- Must have experience and working with ERP systems such as SAP or Business dynamic
- Streamline and optimize the accounts department processes using these systems.
