Reports To: Group Chairman

Role Purpose: The CEO will provide visionary leadership to drive profitable growth, innovation, and operational excellence. The mandate is to enhance operational efficiencies and stakeholders' value while championing sustainability and safety in the global market.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 20+ years of senior management experience, including 8+ years as CEO/President within the Polymer, Specialty Chemicals, or Petrochemical sectors.
  • Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or Chemistry; MBA highly preferred.
  • Track Record: Proven success in driving global revenue growth, operational turnarounds, and complex capital projects.
  • Core Competencies: Strategic Acumen – Translating industry dynamics into value-creating strategies; Technical Fluency – Deep understanding of chemical R&D cycles and process safety; Financial Literacy – Mastery of P&L management, corporate finance and capital markets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute long-term corporate strategy; identify global market trends in material sciences.
  • Financial Growth: Full P&L accountability; drive revenue through margin expansion, capital optimization, and strategic M&A/Joint Ventures.
