Who You Are

• Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
• Deep expertise in one or more areas: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
• Comfortable coding in Python or working with computational chemistry tools (e.g., Gaussian, VASP)
• Exceptionally detail-oriented — you notice when something is scientifically off
• Strong written communicator who can articulate complex chemistry concepts clearly and concisely
• Fluent in English
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required — training support will be provided

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools or scientific benchmarking platforms
• Cross-disciplinary knowledge spanning multiple branches of chemistry or adjacent STEM fields
• Background in research, academic publishing, or technical writing
