Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chemistry K12 Teacher role based in Gurugram. The teacher will design and deliver engaging chemistry lessons aligned with K12 curricula, adapting instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, teaching classes, conducting practical demonstrations, assessing student progress, and providing timely feedback. The role involves collaborating with academic teams to develop learning materials, participate in curriculum enhancement, and integrate relevant technology and real-world examples into lessons. The teacher will also support students through doubt-clearing sessions, exam preparation guidance, and ongoing mentorship to foster curiosity and strong foundational understanding in chemistry.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Chemistry Education and a solid foundation in related sciences such as Physics.
• Demonstrated ability in Teaching and Lesson Planning for K12 students, including structuring concepts and assessments.
• Excellent Communication skills for explaining complex topics clearly, supporting diverse learners, and engaging with parents and colleagues.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Science, Science Education, or a closely related field.
• Prior experience teaching K12 or school-level chemistry, preferably in a classroom or structured tutoring environment.
• Familiarity with school curricula, examination patterns, and age-appropriate pedagogy for middle and high school learners.
• Ability to use digital tools and educational technology to enhance lessons and student engagement.
