Jobitus in Dahej, Gujarat, is seeking an officer, lab chemist with 2+ years in Pharma Intermediate or API manufacturing to join our manufacturing team.

You will perform reaction processes according to plans, assist R&D in process development, scale-up, and maintain detailed lab and analytical records.

Hands-on experience with crystallization, handling hazardous chemicals, and autoclave hydrogenation is desirable; you will document development reports and flow diagrams.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have experience in Pharma Intermediate or API manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in R&D activities, process development, process optimization, scale-up, and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Carry out reaction processes as per the provided plan and analyze raw materials, in-process intermediates and products.
• Plan, set up, monitor and work-up reactions independently.
• Purify products via different crystallization methods.
• Handle hazardous chemicals such as chloro compounds, Raney Ni, Pd/C, brominated compounds, AlCl3, sodium hydride.
• Scale up R&D developed products from lab to plant scale.
• Maintain lab records and analytical records.
• Prepare process development reports and process flow diagrams.
• Handle autoclave reactions and hydrogenations.
• Demonstrate practical, hands-on skills.

• 2) plan, setup, monitor and work-up of reaction independentely
• 3)purification product via different crystallization method
• 4) Handling hazardus chemical like chloro compound, raney ni, pd/c, bromo compound, AlCl3,sodium hydride.
• 5) scale-up of R&D developed product to lab to plant scale.
• 6) maintain lab record and analytical record.
• 7) preparation of process development report, process flow diagram.
• 8) Handling of Auto- clave reaction hydrogenation.
• 9) shoud have good practicle hand.
