Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Chemical Researcher with proven expertise in bench‑scale technology development, raw material evaluation, and GMP/nGMP batch execution. If you excel in collaborating across Analytical, Pilot, and Kilo‑lab teams, organizing patents and literature, sourcing raw materials, and driving eco‑friendly, commercially viable technologies while ensuring EHS and compliance standards, this opportunity is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of the R&D team.
• Organize patents, papers from literature.
• Order raw materials/chemicals from vendors.
• Develop an economical, eco‑friendly commercial technology at bench scale.
• Coordinate with Analytical and Pilot members.
• Interface with Kilo‑lab, align equipment as per process requirement and GMP site.
• Perform testing of raw materials received at site for piloting.
• Carry out parameter studies for selected products as per R&D plan.
• Execute nGMP batches and troubleshoot.
• Escort batches during GMP campaign.
• Maintain discipline and dignity of the organization.
• Contribute novel ideas during technical discussions with superiors and colleagues.
• Meet EHS and compliance expectations.

• Pilot R&D: Support R&D, process verification and execution at Pilot/Production.
