A reputed company in Delhi NCR is seeking a Chemical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in production or research to develop manufacturing processes, monitor quality, and optimize waste reduction. The role focuses on safety, compliance, and efficiency across multiple projects.

You will design equipment layouts, implement safety procedures for hazardous materials, analyze data, and assist in budgeting and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.

• Proven work experience as a Chemical Engineer or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes to minimize waste and improve finished product quality.
• Monitor and test processes and products across all production phases.
• Design and implement safety procedures for staff handling hazardous materials.
• Layout manufacturing equipment to optimize production and reduce costs.
• Use computers to compile and analyse data.

Job Description / Responsibilities*

Three to five years experience in a production or research environment

Experience in EIL approved companies will be preferred

1. Develop manufacturing processes that minimize waste and increase the quality of finished products
2. Monitor and test processes and products found in all phases of production
3. Develop and implement safety procedures for staff working with hazardous materials
4. Design, plan and implement the layout of manufacturing equipment to optimize production and decrease costs
5. Use computers to compile and analyse data
6. Establish safety and waste management procedures
7. Travel to work sites and locations to learn about project needs and design
8. Assist with establishing budgets and timelines
9. Applied knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques
