Job summary

S K R and Company LLP in Chennai is seeking Chartered Accountants who are newly qualified or in 2025/2026 batch to support statutory audits and related activities. You will work under engagement partners across varied client sectors, contributing to planning, fieldwork, and documentation from day one.

You will gain hands-on exposure to Ind AS, tax compliance touchpoints, and direct client communication while collaborating with managers to deliver high-quality audits.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant freshly qualified or in 2025/2026 batch.
• Strong grounding from articleship in audit, accounting, or tax.
• Solid fundamentals in accounting standards and audit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support statutory audit engagements under the Companies Act 2013, including planning, fieldwork, and documentation.
• Assist with IFC/ICFR testing and audit working papers.
• Work directly with engagement partners and managers across client sectors.
• Build exposure to Ind AS, tax compliance touchpoints, and client communication from day one.
