Sarom Fab Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the home furnishing industry, is looking for an experienced and qualified Sr. Accounts Manager (CA) to oversee the company s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, accounting, statutory compliance, and providing key analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Audit.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking activities.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls.
• Provide management with financial analysis and MIS reports for business planning.
• Oversee vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Chartered Accountant (CA) 3 7 years

• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, or ERP systems.
