• Perform financial due diligence and statement analysis.
• Ensure GST returns filing, GST reconciliation, and ITC management.
• Handle Direct Tax Returns, TDS/TCS compliances, and related filings.
• Prepare MIS reports and management presentations.
• Draft reports and communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulators as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and finalization of books of accounts
• Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and support project finance activities
• Conduct financial due diligence and financial statement analysis
• Ensure timely GST return filing, GST reconciliation, and Input Tax Credit (ITC) management
• Manage Direct Tax Returns, TDS/TCS compliances, and related filings
• Prepare MIS reports and management presentations
• Draft professional reports and communications for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed

Requirements / Qualifications

• Strong command of ERP software: Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Sound knowledge of GST, Direct Tax, and TDS/TCS regulations
