Aspire Higher HR Solutions is seeking a CA with 1–2 years post-qualification experience to conduct statutory and internal audits across diverse industries in India. The role involves reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with GST and Income Tax, and preparing comprehensive audit reports.

You will assess internal controls, document findings, and discuss observations with clients, helping implement corrective actions while coordinating with client teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• CA qualification with relevant post-qualification experience.
• 1–2 years post-qualification experience in an industry role.
• Strong knowledge of statutory and internal audits.
• Familiarity with GST, Income Tax and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct statutory audits and internal audits for multiple clients across various industries.
• Review financial statements, books of accounts, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
• Verify financial transactions and assess compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Evaluate internal financial controls, accounting processes, and risk management procedures.
• Identify discrepancies, control weaknesses, and areas for process improvement.
• Review GST and Income Tax compliance as part of relevant audit assignments.
• Examine financial records, reconciliations, and supporting documents to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare audit working papers, audit reports, and supporting documentation.
• Discuss audit observations with clients and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with client teams to obtain information and complete audit assignments within deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in an industry role.
• Good understanding of statutory audits, internal audits, and audit procedures.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
