Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with auditors, finance teams, and business stakeholders to resolve audit queries efficiently.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax audits, and other compliance-related audits.
• Manage accounting and financial reporting for multiple business entities.
• Review monthly and quarterly Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare Balance Sheet schedules and supporting documentation.
• Prepare timely MIS reports and provide detailed financial variance analysis.
• Support the timely filing of tax returns, transfer pricing reports, segment-wise P&L statements, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in the liquidation and closure of legal entities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Participate in finance transformation initiatives, process improvements, and automation projects.
• Monitor key financial control areas, including account reconciliations, open payables, and outstanding items.
• Build strong working relationships with internal business and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
