Deputation Eligibility Criteria:

• Officers under Central Government, State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, Public Sector Undertakings, Recognized Universities, Recognized Research Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, or Statutory Organizations.
• Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department; OR with 5 years regular service in posts in Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 or equivalent.
• Essential Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute or degree of Associate Member of Institute of Engineering in Civil Engineering (AMIE enrolled up to 31.05.2013); and 10 years experience in the relevant field of Engineering in Government Sector.
• Desirable Qualification: Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
• Period of Deputation: One year, which can be extended for a period of three years.

• Photocopies of ACRs/APARs for the last five years duly attested by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary or equivalent.
• Cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, and integrity certificate (Annexure-II) certified by an officer of the rank of Under Secretary or equivalent.
• Supporting certificates and documents in support of qualification and experience claimed.

Selection Process

The selection process involves the scrutiny of applications and CVs accompanied by supporting certificates and documents by the selection committee. Departmental officers in the feeder category who are in direct line of promotion are not eligible for deputation.
