Operating in the insurance broking space, the company combines technology with advisory‑led solutions to serve both retail and institutional clients across multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support rapid and sustainable growth.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IRDAI and Companies Act regulations.
  • Strengthen internal financial controls, MIS reporting, and statutory audit processes.
  • Manage direct and indirect taxation, treasury operations, and working capital optimization.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, regulators, banks, and investors.
  • Drive cost‑efficiency initiatives and margin optimization across business verticals.
  • Support fundraising, investor relations, and M&A due diligence where applicable.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on commercial decision‑making, partnerships, and digital investments.
Key Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1520 years of progressive experience in finance and accounts.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership role within the insurance broking or insurance/insurtech industry.
  • Strong understanding of IRDAI regulations, insurance accounting, and broking operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead finance functions in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments.
  • Experience in scaling financial systems, digital transformation, and data‑driven decision‑making.
