Job summary

The Corporate Institute seeks a seasoned professional to lead stressed asset resolution initiatives in Mumbai. The role focuses on structuring strategies, negotiations, and settlements to recover assets.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in resolution, strong knowledge of SARFAESI, IBC, RBI guidelines, and excellent negotiation and analytical abilities. You will engage with borrowers, lenders, and legal advisors to drive timely recoveries.

Qualifications

• Graduate/PG in Finance, Law, or Management; CA/CS preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in stressed asset resolution, recovery, or corporate restructuring.
• Strong knowledge of SARFAESI Act, IBC, and RBI guidelines.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
