Job summary

Smile Foundation is seeking a Center Coordinator to oversee daily operations, coordinate with medical and support staff, and ensure quality in healthcare delivery at our clinic centers across India. The role involves maintaining patient records, managing supplies, and supporting outreach activities with a focus on donor and program guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience in healthcare projects or NGOs, with exposure to CSR or donor-funded programs.

Qualifications

• Education: MSW / MHA / Public Health / Social Sciences or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in healthcare projects, clinics, or NGOs.
• Prior experience in donor-funded or CSR projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with doctors, paramedical staff, and support staff for service delivery.
• Maintain patient records, OPD registers, and clinic documentation.
• Ensure availability of medicines, consumables, and equipment; raise indents as required.
• Support implementation of health camps, outreach activities, and awareness sessions.
• Liaise with community leaders, local stakeholders, and partners for mobilization.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements, reporting formats, and timelines.
• Assist in preparation and submission of monthly reports, data, and documentation.
• Monitor attendance, duty rosters, and basic HR coordination at the center.
• Support audits, monitoring visits, and donor reviews.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and organizational protocols.

The Center Coordinator will be responsible for the overall coordination, administration, and smooth functioning.
