Job summary

Kaabil in Hyderabad is seeking a CCTV Network Technician to manage CCTV & network operations at exam venues, monitor live feeds, identify suspicious activity, and report issues promptly.

Requires 12th pass with a 3-year diploma, basic Windows OS, and MS Office literacy; IT/electronics/security operations experience is preferred. You will ensure secure storage and assist with footage requests for audits.

Qualifications

• Basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems (cameras, DVR/NVR, IP networks).
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows).
• Ability to work under pressure and remain alert for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email).
• Preference for candidates with IT, electronics, or security Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• CCTV & Network Management at exam venues.
• Continuously monitor live CCTV feeds to identify and report suspicious activity, malpractice, or technical faults
• Day to day Operations support for CCTV monitoring at exam venues.
• Check and confirm operational status of all CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and storage devices before the exam
• Provide Status update at regular interval for CCTV
• Support any footage retrieval requests from authorized officials for audit, dispute resolution, or investigation.
• Ensure proper storage and secure backup of CCTV footage as per customer policy

Required Technical Skill Set:

• Hardware & networking (Minimum 12th pass with 3 yrs Diploma certificate,

Desired Experience Range:

• 1 to 3 Years (Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, or exam/security management is desirable.)

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
