VIBGYOR Group of Schools in Bengaluru is hiring a CCTV Engineer (Graduate) with 2-8 years of experience for maintenance and installation of CCTV systems at VIBGYOR HIGH Marathahalli campuses. The role involves inventory management, on-site installations, and bus CCTV maintenance across multiple locations.

The candidate will perform site surveys, update CCTV documentation, coordinate with IT/Cluster leads for replacements, and ensure timely resolution of issues with proper ticket closures.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2-8 years of experience in CCTV, bus CCTV or similar installations.
• Experience in maintenance, installation, configuration of CCTV cameras, DVRs, MDVRs.
• Knowledge of ticketing and issue resolution processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory of CCTV infrastructure (cameras, DVRs, MDVRs).
• Install and configure additional cameras, DVRs and MDVRs.
• Conduct periodic checks of bus CCTV recordings and verify timestamps and angles.
• Follow daily checklists and update records for school visits.
• Tag CCTV cables neatly and manage MDVR installations on buses.
• Conduct site surveys for new CCTV requirements and identify blind spots.
• Update Bus CCTV Factsheet in prescribed format.
• Resolve issues reported by Centre IT/Cluster Lead, coordinate replacements and materials.
• Close tickets with clear resolutions and attach screenshots.

Role & responsibilities

MAINTENANCE:

• Should prepare, maintain & update inventory of CCTV infrastructure (CCTV Cameras, DVRs, MDVRs).
• Ensure installation & configuration additional Cameras, DVR and MDVRs.
• Ensure periodic check / inspection of Bus CCTV recording, (30 days recording must be available for retrieval), camera angle, time stamps etc.
• Should follow and adhere daily checklist and update the same in vector on as per schedule visit to schools.
• Ensure that CCTV cables are properly tagged and neatly dressed in the racks installed on-premises and MDVR Installations in buses.
• Must conduct site survey in case of additional CCTV Requirement that might come up due to extensions of existing premises, Third-party audits, blind spots identification and remediation etc.
• Should update Bus CCTV Factsheet in the prescribed format periodically.

REDRESSAL:

• Should resolve issues & complaints reported by Centre IT/Cluster Lead regarding Location/Bus CCTV.
• Coordinate with them for CCTV component replacements, necessary material requirements for buses or school premises.

Should resolve and close the ticket with appropriate resolution. Attach screenshots of resolved issues in the ticketing system
