The opportunity
EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an inhouse agency that helps EY teams build a better working world by delivering high-impact, high-quality and on–brand creative solutions. People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring, but also strategically precise and deeply human — across multiple media platforms.
As a Supervising Associate — Art Director, you own the creative and visual direction and design for creative collaterals across multiple formats, ensuring that all creatives are on-brand, user-centric and aesthetically proficient. With a passion for problem‑solving and creative strategy, you lead creative brainstorms with stakeholders and content and digital marketing teams to produce best‑in‑class creatives that intrinsically align with the EY brand and business objectives. With your impeccable aesthetic sense and design sensibility, you are a versatile and reliable leader who can elevate any creative conceptualization, storyboard or creative direction for projects across multiple channels.
