The Floor Manager – Ethnic Section oversees the daily operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience in the ethnic products area. The role ensures that culturally diverse products are well-stocked, attractively merchandised, correctly priced, and delivered with exceptional customer service. This includes handling customized customer orders, product alterations, and follow-up services. The manager leads a team, coordinates with suppliers, and supports the store in achieving sales, quality, and operational targets.
