Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Mumbai seeks an entry level Cash and Trade Processing Representative to perform basic to moderately complex cash and trade transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team.

You will interface with global stakeholders, assist in audits, provide data and MIS, and handle onboarding, data maintenance, and account closure tasks. The role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• Basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team.
• Scrutinize queries from clients and provide requested details.
• Ensure accurate data transmission and timely responses to queries.
• Assist manager in audits and other requirements.
• Participate in testing and prepare MIS as required.
• Onboard clients and maintain data; support account closure processes.

Job description

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Global Billing Team is responsible for scrutinizing the queries received from client.
• Team also provides client with the requested details.
• Correct interpretation and timely response is essential.
• Accuracy of sending data and responding to queries is important.
• Should be open for AdHoc projects / responsibilities.
• Communication and co-ordination with global stakeholders
• Assist manager in audit and other requirements
• Participating in various testing whenever required
• Preparing MIS as required
• Onboarding of clients and Data Maintenance
• Account Closure process
• General Query Management and Investigation
• Processing unresolved Transactions

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills

Education

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
