Job summary

Structural Damage Control Inc is seeking personnel dedicated to learning and delivering excellent customer service in a team and solo environment. The role emphasizes responding to emergencies, performing cleanup and demolition, and repairing structures after mitigation work.

Minimum 3+ years of on-site carpentry experience and a valid driver's license are required; training will be provided for those meeting essential criteria, with opportunity for higher pay on emergency or specialty jobs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site carpentry experience.
• Knowledge of different phases of construction.
• Ability to use tools.
• Ability to draw a sketch.

Responsibilities

• Clean-up after fire, smoke, water damage and damage caused by other perils.
• Demolition.
• Being available for emergency service calls (advance notice, rotating on-call schedule).
• Repairs to structures following mitigation work.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
• Communication with Customers.

Summary: Applicant must be dedicated, hard-working and have the ability to learn new skills. Must be able to work individually as well as with a group. Must provide excellent customer service by aiding customers in a professional and courteous manner while promoting the ideals of the company.
