Step into Data Privacy and Cybersecurity

Are you looking to build a career in Data Privacy and Cybersecurity but do not yet have direct industry experience? Tsaaro Consulting invites applications for its Career Change Program, an Intern-to-Hire pathway designed for individuals who want to transition into privacy, information security, and responsible AI governance roles.

Location: Pune

Program Duration: 6 Months

This is a structured training and apprenticeship program that prepares candidates to work in data privacy, cybersecurity governance, and compliance domains. Participants gain hands-on exposure to real client projects, privacy frameworks, and security standards under the guidance of experienced consultants.

You’ll receive structured training, real-world exposure, and one-on-one guidance to help you:

• Work with global privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and India DPDP Act
  
• Support privacy and security program implementation and risk assessments
  
• Assist in drafting policies, DPIAs, gap assessments, and compliance documentation
  
• Contribute to privacy governance, reporting, and regulatory tracking
  
• Understand privacy engineering and security management concepts
  

Requirements

Who Should Apply

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate foundational orientation toward both data privacy and cybersecurity through academics, certifications, or relevant exposure.

• Candidates with academic specialization or certifications in data privacy, information security, cybersecurity, PIMS, ISO 27701, or AI governance such as ISO 42001
  
• Early professionals or career switchers with interest in privacy and security compliance domains
  
• Individuals from any discipline who want to build expertise at the intersection of law, technology, and governance
  
• Candidates with up to 2–5 years experience or strong academic focus in related areas
  
• Understanding of privacy principles, security basics, or compliance concepts through study or certification
  
• Working knowledge of MS Office
  
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
