Wellthy is seeking a compassionate Care Coordinator to support families across Asia Pacific, with a focus on India. You will back-end advise, organize care plans, find providers, manage bills, appointments, medications, and verify facilities and insurance.
Reporting to the Global Care Manager, you’ll collaborate across markets, handle care projects, and apply emerging technologies to improve member experiences.
At Wellthy, we dream of a world where everyone has the care infrastructure they need to manage their own health and the health and well-being of their loved ones. We’re building something new in the care space - reimagining how care is delivered, accessed, and supported by families around the globe. As we grow, we’re seeking collaborative, curious, and purpose-driven teammates to help us expand what’s possible. We value a mindset of continuous learning, especially when it comes to emerging technology. Whether it’s AI, automation, or other innovations, we see new tools as accelerators empowering us to scale our impact, work smarter, and stay at the forefront of care delivery. Our work is grounded in the expertise of seasoned care professionals who understand families’ real challenges - paired with agile, tech-powered solutions that help us deliver that support efficiently and at scale. We partner with leading companies including more than 35 Fortune 500 companies to support the care needs of their workforces globally. We also work alongside health plans and carriers to embed care support into their offerings, enhancing the experience and outcomes for members. We’re building, evolving, and expanding the market category for care, and we’re looking for responsive, collaborative, curious, and purposeful colleagues to join us.
you will have a unique hybrid opportunity to primarily serve as a back-end adviser while also seeking ways to support Wellthy members on the front lines. In this role, you will address the unique caretaking needs of families and members within Asia Pacific regions (e.g., Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Australia etc…) by organizing and managing care plans. Your primary responsibilities will involve back-end logistical tasks, such as finding the right provider, managing medical bills, making appointments, tracking medications, and vetting facilities and insurance. Additionally, you will own a subset of Care Projects that enhance the member experience and allow you to connect with families and caregivers when opportunities arise.
You will report directly to the Global Care Manager.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be open to learning, experimenting, and evolving. Comfort with emerging technology and curiosity around how tools like AI can support your workflow or help families more effectively is a plus.
