Job summary

• Any Graduation is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in capital markets operations.
• Experience in Pre-matching, Inventory Management, Trade Settlement or Trade exception Management, Reconciliations is preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and regulations (e.g., FINRA, CASS, CSDR) is an advantage.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Willingness to work night shifts (4pm–4am IST) and 100% RTOs.
• Able to learn and adapt to evolving processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations, measure performance, and manage client relationships.
• Create Client Investment Review and Portfolio View; manage compliance documents; review new application forms; support trades, collateral, and corporate actions.
• Leverage experience in pre-matching, inventory management, settlement, and reconciliations.
• Possess knowledge of banking products and capital market regulations.
• Provide regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Coordinate with onshore teams and stakeholders; stay updated on market developments.

What would you do?

• To perform day to day operation, performance measurement and client management.
• Creation of Client Investment Review and Portfolio View, Management of compliance document, Review of newly opened application forms, Trade Support, Collateral Management and Corporate Actions. What are we looking for?
• Experience in Pre matching, Inventory Management, Trade Settlement or Trade exception Management, Reconciliations
• Knowledge of banking products like Equities, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Funds, FED securities, etc. is an advantage

• Manages capacity, provides oversight, and serves as escalation point for analyst
