Premier Consultants in Mumbai is seeking a Capital Market Operations Trade Settlement professional to manage confirmations, settlements, and related processing across equity and debt trades.

The role requires strong knowledge of Indian capital markets, regulatory frameworks (SEBI/RBI), and experience with payment and settlement workflows. You will coordinate with brokers and exchanges to ensure accurate client reporting and audit-ready controls.

• Experience with trade confirmations and settlement processes.
• Knowledge of NSDL instructions and PMS/FDI client trades.
• Strong understanding of Indian capital markets.

• Process early pay-in, margin payments, NSDL instructions, and PMS/FDI trades.
• Manage equity, debt, and hand-delivery trades.
• Coordinate with brokers, exchanges and clearing corporations.
• Ensure timely client reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain SOPs, internal controls and audit readiness.
