Job summary

RentoMojo is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Project Manager to lead end-to-end setup of new or expanded warehouses across multiple cities in India. You will own drawings to handover, coordinate design, vendors, data teams, and ops to bring a site live.

The role requires electrical design and load planning expertise, strong vendor management, and budget discipline. Frequent travel across cities and tight timelines are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering; EPC/infrastructure background is a plus.
• 5–8 years in project/program management for warehouse, industrial, or commercial fit-outs.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end site build execution and handover.
• Strong electrical design and load-planning knowledge.
• Hands-on vendor management, negotiation, and on-site supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of warehouse builds: electrical, racking, mezzanine, office setup, and initial admin/infrastructure requirements.
• Convert drawings and signed agreements into an execution plan with timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate across ops, CAD designer, data team, and vendors to keep the build on track.
• Manage vendors end-to-end: scope, quotes, negotiation, on-site supervision, quality checks, and payment milestones.
• Own the electrical design and execution—load planning, distribution, and compliance.
• Track capex spend against budget; flag and control cost/schedule deviations.
• Run site handover to ops with all systems installed, tested, and operational.

RentoMojo is a subscription-based furniture and appliance rental platform operating across 22+ cities in India. Every new or expanded warehouse is a capex project — electrical, racking, mezzanine, office and admin setup — that has to be delivered on time, on budget, and handed over ready for ops. This role owns that delivery.

Role

Own end-to-end execution of warehouse setups, from approved drawings and signed agreements through to handover to ops. You'll be the delivery lead coordinating design, vendors, data, and operations to bring a site live.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of warehouse builds: electrical, racking, mezzanine, office setup, and all initial admin/infrastructure requirements.
• Take over once drawings are finalised and agreements are signed — convert them into an execution plan with timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate across ops, the CAD designer, the data team, and vendors to keep the build on track and aligned.
• Manage vendors end-to-end: scope, quotes, negotiation, on-site supervision, quality checks, and payment milestones.
• Own the electrical design and execution — load planning, distribution, and compliance for the site.
• Track capex spend against budget; flag and control cost/schedule deviations.
• Run site handover to ops with all systems installed, tested, and operational.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (electrical design background strongly preferred); an EPC / infrastructure / industrial background is a plus.
• 5–8 years in project / program management for warehouse, industrial, or commercial fit-outs.

• Familiarity with racking / mezzanine / material handling systems.
• Experience setting up greenfield warehouses from scratch.
• Basic CAD literacy to read and validate layouts.
