Campus Recruiting Operations - (this role will support 40% APAC; 40% EMEA; 20% U.S.):
  • Will be responsible for supporting execution of interview scheduling, including building schedules and preparing materials
  • Will be responsible for assisting with candidate travel arrangements
  • Will be responsible for preparing historical recruiting data reports
  • Will be responsible for downloading resume books from ORC.
  • Will be responsible for preparing contracts for new hires
  • Will be responsible for managing onboarding by sending forms and tracking status
  • Will be responsible for supporting candidate travel for summer intern and full-time orientation and training
  • Will be responsible for handling contract extensions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent prioritization, writing, and oral communication skills are required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)
  • Quick learner with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast paced, detail oriented and deadline focused environment
