Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC/VMC machines to manufacture precision components as per drawings.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely.
• Perform machine setup, clamping, and tool loading as per job requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
• Monitor machining operations and apply tool offset corrections when required.
• Conduct in-process and final inspection using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, etc.
• Ensure components meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
• Replace worn cutting tools and maintain tool inventory.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.
• Record production data, inspection reports, and machine performance.
• Follow production targets while minimizing downtime and material wastage.
• Adhere to 5S, safety, and company quality procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors, programmers, and quality teams to resolve production issues.
