Salary: INR 1,800,000 - 2,500,000 / year (based on experience)

Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of influencer marketing campaigns — from creator identification and campaign planning to execution and reporting. The role requires strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage cross‑border clients remotely. This is a new role and part of a strategic initiative to test a remote, client‑facing model with the potential for future team expansion based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients and creators — ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
  • Use the website to identify relevant creators, analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, audience demographics), and generate reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring effective remote collaboration and trust‑building.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Singapore‑based Senior Campaign Manager) for campaign reviews and updates.
  • Track performance data, analyze campaign effectiveness, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Stay current with influencer marketing trends and emerging platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–4 years in influencer marketing or campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Excellent project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable using data tools and campaign dashboards.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on managing cross‑border clients.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with influencer analytics tools such as Clear, Meltwater, or similar platforms.
  • Prior experience managing clients in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia).
  • Exposure to SaaS or digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
Reporting Structure
  • Reports to: Senior Campaign Manager (based in Singapore).
  • Works closely with: Marketing and Creator Partnership teams.
Work Hours
  • India hours: Starting around 7:30 AM IST to align with Singapore/Malaysia business hours.
