Job summary

Jinvanichannel is seeking a Lead Cameraman to oversee the entire camera team for shoots and productions in India. You will plan camera setups, angles, lighting coordination, and shot compositions to meet project requirements, ensuring high-quality video recording for events, interviews, programs, and studio shoots.

• Manage camera equipment, accessories, maintenance, and timely servicing.
• Assign duties and shooting schedules to cameramen and supporting staff.
• Monitor live recordings and ensure proper framing, focus, exposure, and audio coordination.
• Train junior cameramen and provide technical guidance whenever required.
• Ensure all recordings are properly stored, backed up, and submitted to the editing department on time.
• Handle troubleshooting of camera-related technical issues during shoots.
