Job summary

Cyient in Pune, India is seeking a calibration engineer to execute and document calibration tasks for engine/vehicle control units, following the defined Calibration Process Library and project requirements.

The role covers calibration and validation of vehicle functions, Air System, DPF, EO emissions, SCR and safety functions across CV and OH engine platforms, aligning with client needs and internal standards. Strong attention to process compliance and detailed reporting is expected.

Qualifications

• Calibration project management tasks execution and documentation per the Calibration Process Library.
• Calibration and validation of Vehicle functions for the specific engine/vehicle control unit.
• Calibration and validation of Engine/CEV/tractors/Genset functions for the specific engine/vehicle control unit.
• Calibration and validation of Air System functions for the specific engine/vehicle control unit.
• Calibration and validation of Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) functions for the specific engine/vehicle control unit.
• Calibration and validation of Engine out (EO) Emission functions for the specific CV & OH engine/vehicle control unit.
• Calibration and validation of Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) functions for the specific engine/vehicle control unit.
• Calibration and validation of Diagnosis functions for the specific engine/vehicle control unit.
• Calibration and validation of Safety functions for the specific engine/vehicle control unit.
