Job Description

• The Candidate Must has ITI /Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engg or CIPET in mould design with 3-6 yrs exp
• Must be very well conversant with Concepts of engg. drawing and GD&T
• Excellent Command on Surface Modelling Skillset using NX Cad Software and handling of 3d curves using curvature comb.
• Must have the capability to convert a sketch board design or 3d Scan data from Design Inception to final Manufacturable Product Design
• Knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulds and mould manufacturing process, including Toolroom and CNC Milling machine know-how
• Knowledge of Reverse Engg. using 3d point cloud data from the white light scanner.
• Knowlege of other 3d CAD software like Solidworks, VISI or Catia shall be added advantage
• Must be well versed with 3d Prototyping techniques Role & responsibilities
