Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chartered Accountant to join our firm as a Partner – Statutory Audit. The ideal candidate will lead the Statutory Audit practice, drive business growth, maintain client relationships, ensure high-quality audit execution, and mentor audit professionals while ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Statutory Audit division.
• Develop and implement strategies for practice growth.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Represent the firm in meetings with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.

Audit Management

• Plan, supervise, and review statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Standards on Auditing (SA), Accounting Standards (AS), IND AS, and ICAI guidelines.
• Review financial statements and audit reports before issuance.
• Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and auditing matters.

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and participate in client presentations.
• Expand the firm's audit portfolio through networking and referrals.
• Cross-sell other professional services offered by the firm.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
• Resolve complex client issues and provide strategic advice.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Mentor Managers, Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Articles.
• Conduct technical training sessions.
• Allocate engagements and monitor team performance.
• Build a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous learning.
