Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 3–6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in D2C, e‑commerce, FMCG, retail or similar high‑growth business.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, audits and financial controls.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Advanced Excel, and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance and accounting operations including A/R, A/P, GL, billing, and close of books.
• Drive financial planning and reporting with monthly statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and investments; maintain healthy cash reserves.
• Ensure statutory compliance, GST, TDS, audits, and timely statutory reporting.
• Monitor D2C and marketplace financial performance; support business decisions.
• Lead process improvements and ESOP administration; coordinate with auditors and legal teams.

Job Description

• Own end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, GL, billing, collections, revenue recognition, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and timely closure of books.
• Drive financial planning and reporting by preparing monthly financial statements, MIS, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and actionable business insights for management.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and company investments, ensuring optimal utilization of funds and maintaining healthy cash reserves.
• Own statutory compliance and taxation, including GST, TDS, reconciliations, audits, and timely submission of statutory reports, while ensuring strong financial controls.
• Monitor and drive D2C and marketplace financial performance, including profitability, contribution margins, channel economics, and key financial metrics to support business decisions.
• Lead finance process improvement and automation through ERP/Tally, while overseeing ESOP administration, financial documentation, and coordination with auditors, consultants, and legal/secretarial teams.

Requirements

• Qualified CA with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, Controllership, or Financial Management, with hands‑on experience in a D2C, E‑commerce, FMCG, Retail or similar high‑growth business.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, working capital, and profitability analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and financial controls, with the ability to independently manage compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Advanced Excel, and financial reporting/ERP tools, with the ability to leverage data and technology for process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills, with a high sense of ownership and ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment.
