Job summary

Vinayak Outsourcing Works in Raipur is seeking an Accountant / Management Accountant to join our corporate finance team. You will oversee financial reporting, tax planning and compliance, and coordinate audits to strengthen internal controls.

You will assist budgeting and forecasting, perform financial analysis to improve profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic advisory support to management on investment opportunities and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Taxation: Manage tax planning and compliance including VAT/GST and tax authority liaison.
• Audit: Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare schedules, and implement audit recommendations to strengthen controls.

Key Responsibilities
