Siddharth A. Jain & Co. is offering a full-time in-office CA articles internship in Mumbai. You will build practical accounting and taxation skills by supporting client assignments under the guidance of experienced team members.

About the internship

As a CA article at Siddharth A Jain & Co., you'll build practical accounting and taxation skills by supporting client assignments under the guidance of experienced team members.

Day-to-day responsibilities

1. Assist with bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and preparation of reconciliations using accounting tools and MS Office.
2. Help prepare GST returns by organizing transaction data, checking supporting documents, and assisting with reconciliations.
3. Support income tax return preparation by compiling financial details, reviewing documents, and helping identify relevant tax information.
4. Research tax provisions and assist in preparing clear working papers for taxation assignments.
5. Help with audit procedures by vouching transactions, checking records, and documenting observations for review.
6. Prepare schedules, calculations, and client-ready reports in Excel and other MS Office applications.
7. Track assignment documents and follow-ups, keeping working papers accurate and organized.
