Job description

Experience: 8+ years

Looking for a strong Senior Software Engineer with proven experience in developing, optimizing, and delivering complex software solutions, with strong technical ownership and client-facing capabilities.

Core Skills Mandatory

• C/C++: Strong hands-on expertise in C/C++, OOP, data structures, algorithms, and complex codebases.
• Architecture & Design: Ability to analyze existing architecture, define robust technical solutions, and drive design decisions.
• Algorithm & Performance Engineering: Strong experience in algorithm development, profiling, optimization, and performance improvement.
• CI/CD & Automation: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, build systems, automated testing, and quality engineering.
• Debugging & Problem Solving: Expertise in complex issue analysis, root-cause identification, legacy code, and cross-version code migration/porting.
• Technical & Client Leadership: Ability to own technical deliverables, lead discussions, address client queries, and communicate solutions effectively.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Healthcare imaging / medical-device / image-processing experience.
• Exposure to AI/ML and AI-assisted engineering and ability to leverage existing AI capabilities.
• Git, Linux, CUDA/GPU programming, or other performance-oriented technologies.
• Experience mentoring engineers and working with cross-functional/architect teams.
