Qualifications

POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced C++ Software Development Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you'll work on diverse projects focused on 3D graphics, geometric modeling, simulation, and engineering software systems, including solutions for a variety of industrial applications. Your primary responsibilities will include developing high-performance C++ applications, optimizing algorithms, improving software performance, and building efficient solutions for complex engineering challenges.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers, work with modern technologies, and contribute to innovative software solutions used across multiple industries.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

5+ years of software development experience.

EDUCATION

BS or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of Modern C++, Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms
• Experience developing high-performance software and optimizing algorithms
• Good understanding of software design principles and engineering best practices
• Experience working with mathematics, geometric algorithms, or computational geometry
• Experience with 3D-related software development, such as 3D graphics, 3D modeling, simulation, visualization, or geometric processing
• Understanding of 3D concepts such as spatial transformations, coordinate systems, meshes, curves, surfaces, or solid modeling
• Experience solving performance-sensitive engineering or computational problems
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
• Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio and CMake
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Experience with CAD/CAM, PLM, or other engineering software applications
• Experience with graphics APIs such as OpenGL, DirectX, or Vulkan
