Technical Expertise & Essential Job Functions

Experience with technologies such as:
C
Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
Code, test, debug, implement, and document programs. Assist in modifying company products and systems to meet client and end-user needs.
Gather information from systems, analyze program and time requirements, and prepare documentation for changes.
Research and analyze existing systems and program requirements under supervision.
Design programs for projects or enhancements.
Write specifications for low to moderate complexity programs.
Assist in resolving production support issues and suggest alternative solutions.
Develop test plans to verify program logic and identify issues.
Create documentation such as program code and technical documentation.
Conduct quality assurance activities like peer reviews.
Expertise in batch job automation and notification services.
Experience with complex SQL queries and query tuning.
Experience in Member, Managed Care, Provider, Financial, Claims domains is a plus.
