You will work on performance optimization, multithreading, and IPC with socket programming, while collaborating with teams across Windows, UNIX and Linux environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, debugging, and profiling, with experience in databases like MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL and version control (SVN, Git).

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification-Hands on C/C++ development experience is essential, as is exposure to the full software development life cycle.
• Should have hands on experience and thorough knowledge in STL, BOOST understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Must have expertise in programming under Windows/UNIX/Linux.
• Working knowledge of development tools such as debuggers, profilers and tracing utilities.
• Experience with IPC including socket programming.
• Hands on multithreading experience, including race conditions, deadlocks, debugging, etc.
• Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills, with a logical and pragmatic attitude.
• Real-time Data Processing, performance Tuning/Optimization (a plus).
• Working experience in MYSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL would be plus.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as SVN, Git.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for applications, systems, and infrastructure.
• Perform incident, problem, and change management activities.
