Job summary

TechnipFMC is seeking a procurement professional in Hyderabad to execute procurement strategies for assigned components, ensuring quality and cost-effective products are delivered on time.

You will fulfill inquiry activities, expedite bids, negotiate with vendors, and prepare PO documents, contributing to value recovery with key clients. A bachelor's degree and at least three years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in the related field.
• Negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills inquiring and purchasing activities within time and budget
• Makes sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available
• Checks purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and if not, reports to the Project Procurement Manager
• Expedites bids
• Conducts all negotiations with vendor
• Prepares the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality
• Contributes to recovery of amounts with important clients relevant to back-charges already notified to the vendors
