Job summary

TechnipFMC plc is seeking a procurement professional to execute strategies for assigned components, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of quality goods and services.

The role involves issuing inquiries, expediting bids, negotiating with vendors, and preparing purchase orders while ensuring compliance with project conditions and quality standards. Candidates should have a minimum of five years in procurement or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in the related field.
• Negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills inquiring and purchasing activities within time and budget.
• Makes sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available.
• Checks purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and if not, reports to the Project Procurement Manager.
• Expedites bids.
• Conducts all negotiations with vendor.
• Prepares the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality.
• Contributes to recovery of amounts with important clients relevant to back-charges already notified to the vendors.
